Are you an experienced Branch Manager looking to join a company that can offer high earning potential, as well as, growth?

We’ve taken on an exciting opportunity with our client, a successful independent estate agency who are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team in the Deddington area.

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 Basic
  • £50,000 - £60,000 OTE
  • Bonus scheme
  • Pension

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm
  • On some Saturdays, you’ll be required to work 9:45 am – 1:00 pm.

Branch Manager's duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Motivate and manage the team
  • Maximising all revenue streams
  • Listing properties
  • Achieving the best possible fees

Branch Manager requirements:

  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Hard-working and results-driven
  • Excellent ability to build rapport
  • Motivated to exceed targets
  • Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements
