Our client, a successful independent estate agency is looking for an accomplished Branch Manager to join their close-knit team in the Witham area.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a successful estate agency. You will be committed to offering outstanding customer service.
Working days:
- Monday-Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
- A day off in lieu of each Saturday you work.
Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:
- Competitive Salary (Depending on Experience)
- Realistic OTE between £55,000-£60,000
- Company car or car allowance
- 5-day working week
- Full support from the Director
Requirements of a Branch Manager:
- Proven track record of winning sales instructions
- Sales-driven and 'get up and go' attitude
- Management experience
- A proactive and positive approach to business generation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Polite telephone manner
- Ambitious, target-driven and career-minded
- Full UK Driving license
Responsibilities of a Branch Manager:
- Setting targets and leading by example
- Conducting monthly 1-1’s and coaching the team
- Follow-up leads over the phone and face-to-face
- Registering applicants and greeting customers
- Attending valuations
- Progress sales through to completion
