Our client, a well-established and successful Estate Agency is looking for a Branch Manager to join their successful team in Walderslade.

Ideally, this position would suit an individual already experinced as a Branch Manager, however, our client is open to those looking for the next step in their career.
Working hours for the Branch Manager:
- Full time
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
The successful Branch Manager will be offered:
- £22,000 – £25,000 basic
- £50,000 OTE

Branch Manager requirements:
- Highly experienced in property sales - ideally, previous experience as a Branch Manager
- Able to motivate a team and deliver targets
- Highly organized and able to manage a variety of workloads
- Driven and hungry for success
- Full UK driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal skills
Key tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing the Branch Team
- Setting KPI’s for the team
- Undertaking team meetings
- Help grow the business
- Carrying out market appraisals
