As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:

  • Up to £32,000 basic salary
  • Realistic OTE of up to £50,000 (Uncapped)

As a Branch Manager, your duties will be:

  • Leading and managing a successful Sales & Lettings branch team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Growing market share in both the sales and lettings sectors within the Haverhill area
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experiences that consistently exceed client expectations
  • Conducting market appraisals and supporting high-value instructions
  • Coaching, developing, and mentoring your team through regular performance reviews
  • Driving compliance across the branch with up-to-date legislative standards
  • Representing the branch at public events, client meetings, and networking opportunities
  • Working closely with leadership to support ongoing business growth and innovation

To be considered for the Branch Manager role, you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in both Property Sales and Lettings
  • A proven track record of success in a managerial or senior negotiator role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a passion for team development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot and act on business opportunities
  • Confident and articulate communicator, both in-person and in writing
  • A commitment to compliance and best practice within the property industry
  • Charisma and professionalism when presenting to clients and leading a team
  • Comfortable working to targets in a high-performance culture
