Our client, a successful independent estate agency, is looking for a Branch Manager for their profitable office based in Peterborough.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, experienced property professional with a strong track record in valuations, team leadership, and business development. Our client is also open to meeting candidates from a strong sales background with a proven record of success, who are eager to transition their skills into the property industry.

You’ll be given the freedom to run the branch as if it were your own, all with full support (but not micro-management) from the business owners.

As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:

  • Basic salary of £26,000
  • Realistic OTE of £54,000 in your first year

Requirements for the role of Branch Manager:

  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Proven track record in closing deals
  • Alternatively, a strong background in sales with a proven record of exceeding targets and driving results
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Peterborough office
  • Develop and manage a high-performing team
  • Maximise income and profitability of the branch
  • Drive business growth through proactive prospecting and client engagement
