Our client, a successful independent estate agency, is looking for a Branch Manager in their profitable office based in Peterborough.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, experienced property professional with a strong track record in valuations, team leadership, and business development. You’ll be given the freedom to run the branch as if it were your own, all with full support (but not micro-management) from the business owners.

As a Branch Manager, you will be offered:
- Basic salary of £26,000
- Realistic OTE first year earnings of £54,000
- 5 day working week

Requirements for the role of a Branch Manager:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Valuer, Senior Negotiator or Branch Manager role
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Proven track record in valuations, instructions, and closing deals
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Responsibilities included in the role of a Branch Manager:
