We're recruiting for a multi-branch Branch Manager to support a well-established team, working alongside some of the most accomplished Estate Agents in the area and providing leadership cover across branches during holidays, vacancies and periods of sickness.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager who is confident leading teams, driving new business and taking ownership of branch performance, while enjoying the variety and responsibility of working across multiple locations.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Provide Branch Manager cover across East London and Essex during holidays, vacancies and periods of sickness
- Take ownership of branch performance and profitability in the absence of the Branch Manager
- Drive new business and generate fresh leads
- Lead, motivate and support branch teams to achieve targets
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants
- Provide expert property advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
- Work closely with your team to match properties with suitable buyers
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales and branch performance
- Stay up to date with local market trends and position yourself as a trusted property expert
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold high professional standards
Branch Manager requirements:
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager is essential
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of customer service
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on branch profitability
- Driven, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure
- Passionate about the property industry and helping customers find their perfect home
- Strong work ethic with a positive and professional attitude
- Honest, trustworthy and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Ambitious and hungry for success
- Full UK driving licence
