The Role
As a Multi-Office Branch Manager, you will:
- Cover Branch Manager responsibilities across North Kent during holidays, vacancies, and periods of sickness
- Lead, manage, and drive the performance of your branch
- Take ownership of branch profitability, growth, and business development
- Motivate, inspire, and support your team to achieve their targets
- List properties and provide exceptional support to vendors
- Stay ahead of local market trends and identify new opportunities
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations
Multi-Office Branch Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator within estate agency
- A driven, ambitious, and commercially minded approach
- The ability to motivate teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, flexible, and results-focused attitude
- A full UK driving licence
