Who due to increasing demand and rising workload they require a professional and competent Chartered Commercial Surveyor (MRICS) to join their team in Burton-On-Trent to work within residential valuations
The role of a Chartered Commercial Surveyor for our client will involve a variety of commercial valuation and survey work and offers real scope for professional development and progression.
To be considered for the role of Chartered Commercial Surveyor, you must have the following:
- ARICS/MRICS status
- Registered valuer status (VRS)
- Full UK driving licence.
Working hours:
As a Chartered Commercial Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full time. You'll also have the ability to work from home and the office.
Our client is offering the successful Chartered Commercial Surveyor:
- £35,000 - £55,000 basic (based on experience)
- Career progression
- Support with CPD
- Equipment provided.
