Working hours:
- As a Chartered Rural Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full-time.
- This is an office-based role in North Norfolk, with travel around Norfolk when required for appointments.

Chartered Rural Surveyor requirements:
- MRICS qualification
- Level 3 Valuation (Desirable)
- Full CAAV membership (FAAV)
- A strong rural background and practical agricultural insight
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- An organised, detail-driven approach
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
Key tasks for the Chartered Rural Surveyor role will include, BUT will not be limited to:
- Compensation claims
- Environmental Stewardship support
- Grant and funding applications
- Contract farming arrangements
- Rural planning and diversification projects
- Sales and lettings of farms, land, smallholdings, and rural homes
- Drafting FBTs, grazing licences and similar agreements
- Valuations for lending, taxation, estate planning, and dispute resolution
