Our client, a well-respected independent Property Agency, is seeking a Commercial Negotiator to join their close-knit team in Colchester.

As a Commercial Negotiator, your duties will include:
- Successfully negotiate offers
- Listing commercial properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Registering customers
- Facilitating negotiations on contractual agreements and leases
To be considered for the role of Commercial Negotiator you must have the following:
- Previous experience selling commercial properties
- Ability to work alone, as well as, part of a wider team
- Ambitious, highly driven and motivated
- Organised
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Clean driving licence
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal
