We are currently working with an independent property consultancy, specializing in providing expert property advice across various sectors who are currently looking to add to its Central London team with a talented Commercial Sales and Lettings Manager.
The successful Commercial Sales and Lettings Manager will be offered:
- £35,000 - £40,000 Basic (depending on experience).
- £65,000+ OTE
- Attractive bonus scheme to reward performance

As a Commercial Sales and Lettings Manager, your job will involve:
- Assess, appraise, and compile comprehensive sales and leasing details for commercial properties.
- Manage and oversee the promotion of commercial properties for sale or rent, providing regular updates to clients on marketing strategies.
- Identify and secure new instructions from new and existing clients
- Enhance and maintain the market visibility and reputation of the agency team and the wider company within East London.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-selling of clients and related services, maximizing business potential.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the principles and practices associated with commercial property sales and lettings.
Commercial Sales and Lettings Manager requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in commercial property sales and lettings.
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of success.
- RICS qualification preferred, but not essential
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Methodical approach with attention to detail, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, coupled with confidence, diplomacy, and professionalism.
