Our clients a well-respected independent Estate Agent are currently seeking a Data Analyst & Referrals Coordinator to join their team in Chelmsford.
They are currently seeking to recruit an additional team member to join their growing team to manage our Staff Referrals/Incentive Process. You will be reporting to senior management, they wish to hear from talented individuals that have a strong eye for detail with an advanced level of computer literacy/Excel.
As a Data Analyst & Referrals Coordinator your role will involve preparing, analysing, and extracting information from data sets to identify correlations and patterns, predicting and identifying trends, performing statistical analysis of data using tools and techniques to visualise in easy to understand formats such as diagrams and graphs, report preparation and presenting data content to senior management
The role will also include following up on business opportunities via various platforms so you will be target driven and results-oriented. You will thrive on solving problems, be diligent in your approach, methodical and be able to multitask whilst working under pressure and be super organised.
Working hours:
- As a Data Analyst & Referrals Coordinator you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 8.30 am-6 pm
Our client is offering the successful Data Analyst & Referrals Coordinator:
- Basic salary between £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience
