As an Estate Agent, you will be offered:

As an Estate Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Promote properties through advertisements and open houses
- Maximise board presence
- Take professional-standard photographs and video tours in accordance with company policy
- Book and accompany viewings; provide feedback to clients within company policy timeframe
- Create property details via company software in accordance with company guide
- Email and call out new instructions
- Review property listings in accordance with company policy to ensure they remain current and appealing
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Secure relevant ID to progress offers to purchase or let
- Negotiate offers for purchase and let
- Initiate and manage tenant referencing
- Ensure third-party referrals are made to letting applicants when applying
To be considered for the Estate Agent, you must have:
- At least 6 months of recent experience working for an Estate Agency in either sales or lettings
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- A career-driven mindset
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in IT
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to work as a team player while showcasing your individual flair
