Duties of an Estate Agent will include the following:
- Viewings feedback
- Dealing with offers
- Sales Progression
- Assist in the day to day running of the branch
- Help with the management of staff
- Convert valuation opportunities to instructions
Requirements of an Estate Agent:
- Passionate about the industry
- Customer-driven
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Hard-working & focused
- Management experience (ideally)
- Highly motivated
- Excellent Customer Care
- Previous track record of winning sales instructions
Salary
- Basic up to £25,000
- £30,000 -£35,000 OTE
