We're recruiting on behalf of a reputable Independent Financial Advice (IFA) firm seeking a qualified Financial Advisor to join their team, servicing clients across the Solihull area. This is an excellent opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality financial advice without the pressure of generating your own leads.
The Role
As a Financial Advisor, you will:
- Manage and develop an existing client bank, delivering ongoing financial advice and support
- Provide tailored financial planning solutions based on individual client objectives
- Conduct client meetings and manage your own diary efficiently
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional client service
- Research financial products and recommend suitable solutions from a range of providers
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships
- Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with FCA regulations
- Work closely with paraplanning and administration teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Financial Advisor Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Financial Advisor is essential
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) as a minimum
- Strong client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional advice
- Experience managing an existing client bank
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised with the ability to manage your own workload effectively
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulation, and compliance
