This pivotal role provides operational leadership and continuity by covering managerial responsibilities across multiple branches during periods of annual leave, vacancies, or absence. As a Floating Lettings Manager, you will be offered:
- Basic Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum (with additional guaranteed earnings for a fixed introductory period)
- On-Target Earnings: £45,000 – £50,000 (inclusive of commission)
- Company Vehicle: Company car or £3,000 annual car allowance

As a Floating Lettings Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Assume full management responsibility for branch operations in the absence of the Lettings Manager
- Drive branch profitability, performance, and service standards
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market share
- Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
- Provide expert advice and guidance to landlords
- Ensure an exceptional experience for tenants throughout the lettings process
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through structured meetings and coaching
- Monitor local market trends and position the branch as a trusted local authority
- Work collaboratively with teams to match suitable tenants to available properties
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
