Working hours:
The successful Head of Lettings will be offered:
- Basic £30,000
- OTE up to £40,000
To be considered for the Head of Lettings role you must have the following:
- 2-3+ years of successful experience in Lettings and Property Management
- Enthusiastic
- Management experience
- An ambitious and dedicated attitude
- Passionate and hardworking
- Proven track record
- Ideally (not essential) ARLA qualified
- Full UK Clean Driving license
As a Head of Lettings, your role will involve:
- Managing the whole division and staff
- Dealing from start to finish the whole process of the department.
- Managing part of the portfolio
- Control the processes, strategies, and compliance.
- Move-ins
- Liaising with landlords with occasional visits
- Conducting one-to-ones with staff
- Responsible for the team's development and hitting KPIs.
- Helping grow the portfolio.
