Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency based in Chelsea, is seeking an ARLA qualified Head of Property Management to join their well-established team. Specialising in high-end residential properties, this agency offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and enhance their property management division.

In addition to offering a competitive base salary, this role includes uncapped commission across multiple revenue streams providing excellent earning potential for ambitious professionals.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • 1 day working from home
  • Early finish on Fridays

The role for the Head of Property Management includes:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a property management team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
  • Manage a portfolio of high end residential properties, including new build developments and luxury apartments in Chelsea and Belgravia.
  • Foster strong, proactive relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing enquiries and resolving issues swiftly
  • Handle rent arrears, deposit reconciliations, and manage the eviction process when necessary
  • Monitor rent collection, service charges, and budgeting for property related expenses.
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords, providing updates, financial reports, and strategic advice on property performance.
  • Maintain the premium service that the agency already offers.

Head of Property Management requirements:

  • ARLA qualification is desirable.
  • Must have experience running Property Management Teams.
  • Previous experience working within high end properties is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property law and lettings regulations.
