Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy team in Chelmsford on a part work-from-home basis. This is a great opportunity to work as a Property Manager for a well-respected independent agency that looks after its staff and is focused on providing excellent customer service.
Once initial training has been completed there will be the opportunity for most of each working week to be based at home, with just a couple of days a fortnight based at our client’s office in Chelmsford.
Salary/Package of a Property Manager:
- Overall package of up to £30,000

Responsibilities included in the role of a Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants
- Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and the customer is updated
- Meeting targets and performance objectives
- Reviewing property visit reports, check-out reports, releasing the deposit
- Ensuring the system is updated
- Ensuring the property is complying with legislation
- Help with the accounts/ payment of landlords
Requirements for the role of a Property Manager:
- Candidates must have previous experience in Residential Lettings and ideally Property Management
- Appetite for continuous learning
- Exceptionally Organised
- Works accurately and at a speed
- Able to work under pressure
- Positive disposition
- Team player
- Driven and self-motivated
- Must hold a full driver's license
