Our client a large independent agent with a focus on providing exceptional customer service is looking for an experienced Lettings Accounts Manager to join their successful team on either a part-time or full-time basis based near Waltham Abbey.
Working Hours for the Lettings Account Manager :
- Monday to Friday
- full or part-time hours are negotiable
Salary/Package for the successful Lettings Account Manager:
- Salary between £20,000 - £33,000
- A supportive and experienced team working under a well-established brand.
Responsibilities for the role of a Lettings Account Manager:
- Manage lettings enquiries.
- Assisting the other team members with sales and lettings compliance.
- Dealing with enquiries and administrative requests.
- Will assist property Manager with referencing for new business.
- Chasing backdated rent.
- Paying and liaising with contractors.
Requirements for the role of a Lettings Account Manager :
- Previous experience working in a Lettings Accounts-based role is essential.
- Previous experience or admin experience within the property sector is essential.
- Forward-thinking problem solver.
- Self-motivated, well organised with the ability to use own initiative.
