Lettings Administrator / Property Manager - South East London

Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented person to join their thriving team. This role offers a supportive and fast-paced working environment, ideal for someone with previous property management experience who’s eager to expand their skills and grow within the industry.

Working Hours: 

  • A 5 day working week with alternative Saturdays
  • Full-time position

Responsibilities for the role of a Lettings Administrator / Property Manager:

  • Dealing with Tenancy renewals, negotiating on extensions and rent renewals.
  • Conducting routine inspections and reporting on property conditions.
  • Tenant onboarding and handling of enquires.
  • Making sure all documents are compliant and completed correctly.
  • Coordinating on maintenance issues and liaising with contractors.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or Lettings Position is an advantage.
  • This is an office based role so you must be computable distance to Inner South London.
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Must be personable and eager to learn.
  • No drivers licence is required.
