We're recruiting for a Lettings Consultant to join an award-winning property business in Dunmow, working within a successful and supportive team.

The Role
As a Lettings Consultant, you will:
- Liaise with prospective tenants to understand their requirements and circumstances
- Match applicants with suitable rental properties from the available portfolio
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements
- Undertake property valuations and present the company's services to prospective landlords
- Conduct periodic property inspections
- Deliver exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the telephone
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Lettings Consultant Requirements
- Previous experience in property, estate agency, or lettings is advantageous, but not essential
- Confident, professional communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Positive, enthusiastic, and competitive approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- IT proficient, including Microsoft Office packages
- Quick to learn new systems and processes
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
