My client, operating primarily in Kent, is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Lettings Manager, overseeing multiple branches. Working hours for the Lettings Manager:
- A 5-day working week with alternate Saturdays.

Lettings Manager requirements:
- Previous experience as either a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager.
- Strong interpersonal skillset and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with landlords, stakeholders, landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst being flexible and able to multi task.
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Clean driving licence & own vehicle
Key duties of the Lettings Manager role will include:
- Managing the letting process from advertising and tenant screening to finalising lease agreements
- Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants
- Ensuring adherence to rental policies, lease agreements, and legal requirements
- Monitoring rental payments and managing financial tracking
- Maintaining accurate records and managing departmental administration
- Fulfilling line management responsibilities, including daily support, recruitment, and training
