We're looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a well-established independent estate agency in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a successful team, manage a substantial property portfolio, and play a key role in driving the continued growth of the business.

The Role
As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting the Lettings team.
- Winning new business and building strong relationships with landlords.
- Managing both the front and back-end operations of the Lettings department.
- Overseeing a substantial portfolio of properties.
- Ensuring compliance with current Lettings legislation and best practice.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
Lettings Manager requirements:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or in a similar senior Lettings role.
- A proven ability to generate and win new business.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong knowledge of current Lettings legislation (ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
