We're recruiting for a Multi-Branch Lettings Manager to join a well-established team across East Kent, providing leadership and management support across multiple branches while driving new business, team performance and profitability.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional who is confident leading teams, building strong landlord relationships and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
The Role
As a Multi-Branch Lettings Manager, you will:
- Provide Lettings Manager cover across East Kent during holidays, vacancies and periods of sickness
- Take ownership of branch performance and profitability in the absence of the Lettings Manager
- Lead, motivate and inspire branch teams to achieve their targets
- Run morning meetings and provide coaching and guidance to support team development
- Drive new business and generate fresh leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- List properties and provide expert advice to landlords
- Work closely with the team to match properties with suitable tenants
- Deliver an exceptional experience throughout the lettings process
- Stay up to date with local market trends and establish yourself as a trusted property expert
- Identify opportunities to maximise branch performance and business growth
Multi-Branch Lettings Manager requirements:
- Previous Lettings experience is essential
- Proven ability to list properties and win new business
- Strong landlord and tenant relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident providing expert property advice to landlords
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Driven, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on results
- Passionate about helping people find their perfect home
- Strong work ethic with a positive and professional attitude
