We are currently seeking a high-achieving Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer to join our client who can offer all of this and more!
Working hours:
As a Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer you will be required to work Monday – Friday full time with just 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am – 1pm required to work
The successful Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer will be offered:
- Upto £25,000 Basic
- Upto £29,000 OTE
- 22 days holiday + Bank holidays

- Being enrolled onto a fully-funded training course that will let you gain the ARLA qualification and also paid membership for ARLA

Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer requirements:
- Worked within the role previously.
- The ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
- Strong customer service skills
- take pride in your work
- Personable
- Full UK Driving Licence and car
As a Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer, your role will involve:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Have great knowledge of the current market
- Booking viewings
- Dealing with contracts
- Conducting regular calls with Landlords to make sure they’re up to date with their property report
- Progression on to Trainee Lettings Valuer role
