Due to expansion, our clients , a well known Lettings Agency in Bootle, are seeking a Full or Part Time Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
Requirements for the role of a Lettings Negotiator:
- A driven individual
- Must be Organised
- Customer focused
- Have Industry experience
- Must have a drivers licence
Key Tasks included in the role of a Lettings Negotiator:
- Registering Applicants
- Arranging Viewings
- Attending Viewings
- Negotiating on Lets
- Booking valuations
- Tenant Referencing
Salary/Package:
- Basic £18,000
- OTE £23,000 - £24000
- Pro-rata for part time
- Mileage paid on all business usage
