We are currently seeking a high-achieving Lettings Negotiator to join our client who can offer all of this and more! This is an office-based role therefore, there is no requirement for a driver’s license.
Working hours:
As a Lettings Negotiator you will be required to work Monday – Friday full time with just 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am – 1pm required to work.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to a basic of £25,000
- Up to £29,000 OTE
- 22 days holiday + Bank holidays

Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Worked within the role previously.
- The ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
- Strong customer service skills
- take pride in your work
- Personable
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Have great knowledge of the current market
- Booking viewings
- Dealing with contracts
- Conducting regular calls with Landlords to make sure they’re up to date with their property report
