Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30 am – 3.30 pm (Day off I lieu)
Our client is offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:
- Salary of circa £22,000
- Company car
- 5-day working week

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have the following:
- Previous Lettings experience
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Highly organised an time efficient
- Able to work well individually as well as in a team
- Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Conduct viewings on properties and accompany tenants.
- Answering phones, speaking with tenants and landlords
- Arranging viewings on properties
- Photographing properties and conducting 3d virtual tours for marketing
- General office administration
- Reporting to management of work activity.
