Our client, a well-established independent agent, is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in Nottingham.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary £23,000
- OTE of £28,000 (Uncapped)
- Ongoing training & support

Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Previous lettings experience
- Excellent customer service
- Great communication both written and verbal
- Full UK driver’s license
- Highly organised and time efficient
Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Building the company brand
- Booking inspections
- Attending viewings
- Tenancy agreements
- General admin
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
