The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in the success of the lettings department, with responsibilities including:
- Registering tenants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating successful lets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing a busy diary and handling tenancy progression and paperwork
- Chasing rental arrears and supporting valuation activity (for more senior involvement)
- Working closely with the Lettings Manager and wider team to drive results
- Contributing to the overall performance of the lettings department
Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
- Strong experience in lettings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, motivated, and career-driven attitude
- Strong team player with the ability to close business
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Ambition to progress into senior or management roles
