- In possession of a full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
Key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Conduct property valuations and negotiate rental prices with landlords
- Grow your property portfolio by identifying and maximising new business opportunities
- Arrange and conduct viewings, and negotiate offers
- Build and maintain strong landlord relationships to generate repeat business
- Handle general administration to ensure smooth processes
