Key duties:
- Managing enquiries and registering potential tenants
- Carrying out property viewings and offering knowledgeable guidance
- Agreeing tenancy terms between landlords and applicants
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Identifying new business opportunities to help expand the lettings portfolio
- Coordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a seamless process
- Staying informed on current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- Proven experience within residential lettings
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
