Our client is a highly successful and thriving Estate Agency seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their brilliant team.
Working hours:
- Monday – Thursday 9 am - 5:30 pm,
- Friday 9 am – 5 pm,
- Saturdays (1 in 3) 10 am – 4 pm
Salary/Package for the successful Marketing Manager:
- Basic £25,000 - £30,000
- OTE £35,000 - £40,000
To be considered for the role of Marketing Manager, you must have the following:
- Property industry experience
- Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
- Must possess a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle for business purposes
- A strong desire to be successful.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Marketing Manager duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Writing Brochures
- Putting floor plans together
- Measuring properties
- Co-ordinating EPCs
- Taking photos of properties
- Video Tours
- Drone photography
- Social aspect
- Liaising with clients
- Dealing with a high-volume workload
- Sales Negotiating
- Arranging/Attending viewings
