We're recruiting for a Protection & Mortgage Adviser to join our client's successful team in Telford, offering an excellent opportunity for an ambitious adviser to maximise their earning potential within a supportive and target-driven environment.

The Role
As a Protection & Mortgage Adviser, you will:
- Conduct initial mortgage appointments and manage clients through to successful sign-up
- Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to meet clients' needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the advice process
- Build strong client relationships and maximise conversion opportunities
- Work towards individual targets and contribute to the team's overall success
- Identify opportunities to provide suitable protection solutions
- Manage your workload effectively while maintaining high standards of service and compliance
Protection & Mortgage Adviser Requirements
- Fully CeMAP qualified with proven mortgage broking experience
- Confident conducting first appointments and securing subsequent sign-ups
- Driven, target-focused, and motivated to maximise earning potential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
- A professional, organised, and commercially minded approach
What's on Offer?
- £29,000–£32,000 basic salary
- Tiered commission structure of 15–25%
- Uncapped earning potential
- Year 1 OTE: £55,000–£60,000
- Year 2 OTE: £80,000–£90,000
- Medical cover following successful probation
Working Arrangements
- Full-time position
- Opportunity to work remotely one day per week following successful completion of training
- Monday–Friday working week, plus a Saturday rota with a day off in lieu
