We're delighted to be partnering with a well-established independent mortgage brokerage in Leatherhead to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their friendly and close-knit team. With a strong reputation for delivering expert, personalised mortgage advice, this is an excellent opportunity to work with high-quality clients purchasing second homes and investment properties.
The Role
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients purchasing second homes, holiday lets, and investment properties
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion
- Manage incoming leads via telephone and email, delivering a professional and efficient service
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual financial requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process
- Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and keep up to date with mortgage products and market changes
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business targets and deliver outstanding client outcomes
Mortgage Advisor Requirements:
- Minimum of one year's experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Full CeMAP qualification
- CAS status would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Personable and professional approach, with the ability to work with high-value clients
- Driven, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Full-time position
- Hybrid working with 3–4 days per week working from home
- No weekend working
What's on Offer?
- Basic salary of £30,000–£33,000
- Realistic OTE of £45,000–£50,000 with uncapped earning potential
