This position would suit a qualified Advisor with the drive and ability to maximise appointments.
What's on offer:
- £30,000 basic salary
- £60,000 - £70,000 OTE
- Strong commission structure
- Benefits include a pension scheme, holiday entitlement of 20 days plus bank holidays, mileage allowances, and company incentive schemes.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday on a rota basis

Mortgage Advisor requirements:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor, with a proven track record in handling high-volume cases
- CeMAP qualified
- Comfortable working with lead sources
- Experienced in managing 3-4 appointments daily
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to refer clients to protection advisors is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a high volume of mortgage applications and providing expert advice to clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers.
- Conducting appointments and guiding clients through the mortgage process.
- Referring clients to protection advisors to enhance customer service and product offering.
- Achieving monthly mortgage targets and contributing to the company's growth in Norfolk.
- Keeping up-to-date with mortgage regulations, products, and industry changes.
