We are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients, a highly successfully, well established, independent Financial Advice Practice in Stockton-on-Tees.
The company are looking for established Mortgage Advisors to join their team, with the amazing opportunity to train to become an Equity Release Advisor. Our clients provide all leads and are directly authorised offering whole of market advice.
We would require the successful candidate to possess Full CeMAP, CAS Status. For an advisor who wishes to offer equity release, CeRER qualification would be required, (This would be optional as they’re happy for this to be completed after starting for the company).
Working hours:
- Full-Time (Office Based)
- Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:
- Basic Salary £25,000 - £28,000 (Depending on Experience)
- Strong Commission structure
- OTE £35,000 - £50,000

Mortgage and Protection Advisor requirements:
- Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
- Full CeMAP Qualification
- CAS Status
- CeRER (optional)
Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
- Providing Mortgage and Protection business over the phone
- Writing Mortgage and Protection Business
- Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
