Our client a well-respected independent Estate Agent is seeking a Property Auctions Consultant to join their close-knit team and cover the Norfolk/Suffolk area.
The successful candidate will be self-motivating and have a proven track record in winning new business and a strong background within Property Auctions or Estate Agency is a must!
As a Property Auction Consultant your role will involve:
- Making appointments to meet new and existing agents
- Understand your agents' needs
- In-depth product/service knowledge
- Create new associations to work in partnership
- Keep in contact with existing clients in person and by telephone
- Going to conferences and expositions
- Monitor & report your progress to your line manager
- Identifying and canvassing sources of new auction listings
To be considered for the role you must have:
- Property Auctions Background ideal
- Estate Agency experience essential
- B2B experience
- Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone
- Experience in dealing with inbound and outbound sales calls and the ability to self-generate new business
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organising and planning skills.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 9.00 am-5.30 pm
- The odd Saturdays may be included depending on business levels.
Our client is offering the successful Property Auctions Consultant:
- Basic Salary of up to £30,000 DOE
- Strong commission package
- Full support from the Directors
- 5-day working week
