Our clients, a well-established and successful property company in the North Leeds area, are seeking an Investment Sales Consultant to join their thriving and growing team. Working hours
Our clients will offer the successful Property Investment Consultant:
- Basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (based on experience)
- £50,000 - £60,000 OTE

The position of Property Investment Consultant will involve:
- Building relationships with investment buyers
- A good understanding of the investment market.
- The ability to identify and work with high-end investors
- Understanding investor objectives, and responding appropriately, by calling new investors to understand their criteria and onboard them as a qualified investor
- Offering exceptional customer service is essential,
- Part of the sourcing department
- Actively seek to guide investors towards partner services such as Finance and solicitors
- Strong communication skills.
Property Investment Consultant requirements:
- A strong sales background, ideally with investment experience.
- Driven, confident and professional,
- The ability to close for business.
