Our clients, an expanding Lettings Agent, are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their team.
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Managing a portfolio of properties and dealing with property maintenance issues.
- Property Inspections
- Rent Reviews
To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have:
- Minimum of 18 months experience in the industry
- Excellent degree of organisation
- Strong work ethic
Working hours:
As a Property Manager, you’ll be required to work Monday– Friday and 1 in 4 Sundays
