We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our clients in their Failsworth office.
Our clients are an expanding independent estate agency with multiple offices covering sales and lettings of both residential and commercial sectors.
For this position, they are ideally looking for an individual who will also be responsible for maintenance and inspections throughout their residential portfolio.
Our client is offering the successful Property Manager:
- £23,000 - £24,000 Basic
- Commission
- Free parking
Working hours:
As a Property Manager, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Sundays
Property Manager requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months experience as a Property Manager
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Able to work independently, as well as, part of a team
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- UK driving license and access to own car
- Interpersonal skills
