Due to expansion, our clients, a well-respected independent Estate Agency, are seeking an ambitious and professional Property Manager to join their close-knit team in Cambridge.

If you have at least 12 months of experience as a Property Manager and are based in the Cambridge area, this opportunity could be for you!

Working Hours:

As a Property Manager, you will be required to work Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-12pm (This may change depending on business levels)

They are offering the following to the successful Property Manager:

  • Basic salary of up to £30,000+ (Depending on qualifications and experience)

Property Manager requirements:

  • 12 months of Property Management experience minimum
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • ARLA qualified is beneficial however not essential
  • Based in the Cambridge area
  • Organised
  • Problem-Solving skills
  • Articulate
  • Clean driving licence and access to own car

The Property Manager's duties will involve, but not be limited to:

  • Manage and oversee the property portfolio
  • Communicate with Landlords and Contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be undertaken, resolving accordingly
  • Arrange and conduct Property inspections, providing feedback to Landlords
  • Prepare and process tenancy renewals and contractual paperwork
  • Making sure all legal requirements are met and carried out
