We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our clients an independent and established estate agency in the Manchester area as a Property Manager.
Working hours:
As a Property Manager, you will be required to work full-time. 5 days a week.
The successful Property Manager will be offered:

Property Manager requirements:
- Property Management experience including check-out negotiation (minimum 1 year)
- Work on your own initiative and as part of a busy team
- Enthusiastic and friendly
- Committed to providing a great service to Landlords and tenants
- Strong communication skills
- A positive thinker and problem solver
- Full and clean UK driving license
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Cover all aspects of property management
- Inventory check-ins and check-outs
- Arrange and authorise repairs/maintenance
- Conducting inspections and reporting any issues
- Deposit negotiations and issuing sections
- Liaising with Landlords, buyers, vendors, tenants and contractors
- Work alongside an established team of property managers
