Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, is currently seeking a confident, organised, and experienced Property Manager to join their growing team in Hemel Hempstead.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in Lettings Administration or Property Management, looking to work as part of a close-knit and collaborative team.
As a Property Manager, you will be offered:
- Circa £30,000 basic salary
- Opportunity to work in a thriving office with excellent support
- Full support from the Director
- 5-day working week
As a Property Manager, your duties will be:
- Maintenance coordination
- Arranging inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
- Rent administration and related paperwork
- Support with general office duties
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants
- Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and the customer is updated
The ideal Property Manager will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in Lettings Administration and/or Property Management
- Solid understanding of current lettings legislation
- Confident handling of property management duties
- Someone who is articulate, and able to liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Experience with Street (CRM) would be a huge advantage
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Ideally based locally to Hemel Hempstead
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal
