This role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months of recent property management experience, a natural problem-solver, and a strong communicator who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Property Manager, your duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints and resolving rental arrears
- Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Booking and conducting regular property inspections
- Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
- Handling deposit returns and disputes
- Negotiating tenancy renewals and extensions
- Processing eviction requests when necessary
To be considered for the Property Manager role, you must have:
- At least 12 months of experience as a Property Manager (Must be recent)
- ARLA Qualified (Preferred but not essential)
- Understanding of current lettings legislation
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Full UK driving licence
