An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, an established and highly respected independent firm based in Central London. They are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.

This role offers the chance to manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties in one of London’s most prestigious and sought-after locations. You will be part of a forward-thinking company known for its team-based approach to Property Management.

Working Hours: 

  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm

Property Manager requirements:

  • Strong understanding of leasehold legislation, service charges, and health & safety compliance.
  • Proven experience in AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) management, including tenancy setup, renewals, and compliance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Property Management ideally in higher end residential units.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with leaseholders, contractors, and directors.
  • Problem solving mindset with a customer focused approach.
  • Comfortable using property management systems and Microsoft Office.

Key duties for the role of Property Manager:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of residential units across Central London.
  • Manage all aspects of Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs), including renewals, compliance, inspections, and tenant relations.
  • Work within a dedicated team structure alongside surveyors, senior managers, and directors.
  • Support senior staff and directors in resolving complex cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, including service schedules, contractor reports, and resident communications.
  • Coordinating Section 20 consultations for major works
