Experienced in lettings and / or property management?
We're recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join an award-winning and highly successful independent lettings agency in Finchley. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys both winning new business and delivering excellent property management services across a portfolio of residential properties.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Match applicants to suitable rental properties
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress new lets through to completion
- Provide support and advice to landlords and tenants throughout the rental process
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Handle maintenance issues and coordinate contractor works
- Conduct routine property inspections and follow-up actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with lettings legislation
Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months' experience within residential lettings
- Previous experience in property management is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- Passion for the property industry and delivering excellent service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and tenants

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:30am - 1:00pm
