Experienced in lettings and / or property management?
We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join an award-winning and highly successful lettings agency in Finchley. This is a varied role combining both lettings and property management responsibilities, offering the opportunity to manage a portfolio of residential properties while also negotiating new tenancies within the local area.

The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
- Match applicants with suitable rental properties
- Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress lets through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Provide support and advice throughout the tenancy lifecycle
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors
- Handle tenant enquiries and property-related issues efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with lettings legislation
Property Manager Requirements
- Minimum 18 months' experience within residential lettings
- Previous property management experience advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- Passion for the property industry and customer service excellence
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organised and proactive approach to workload management
- Ability to build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
