This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven Protection Advisor looking to grow their earnings with leads provided and the potential to write around 20 cases per month. The Role
As a Protection Advisor, you will:
- Provide expert protection advice tailored to clients' individual needs
- Convert appointments and leads into written business
- Write high-quality protection business in line with client requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the advice process
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage client enquiries and appointments effectively
- Consistently work towards business and performance targets
- Ensure recommendations are suitable and aligned with regulatory requirements
Protection Advisor Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Protection Advisor
- Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales ability with a proven focus on converting leads into business
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Self-motivated, commercially minded and target-driven attitude
