The Role
As a Protection Adviser, you will:
- Manage referred leads and convert opportunities into new business
- Provide tailored protection advice to meet clients' needs
- Generate new business and maximise sales opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the advice process
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high standard of service
- Work towards individual targets and contribute to the team's overall success
- Identify opportunities to grow your client base and increase business levels
Protection Adviser Requirements
- Proven experience writing protection business
- Ability to manage referred leads and generate new business
- Driven, target-focused, and motivated to maximise earning potential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
- A professional, organised, and commercially minded approach
What's on Offer?
- £31,000–£32,000 basic salary
- Tiered commission structure of 15–25%
- Uncapped earning potential
- OTE of £80,000–£90,000
- Medical cover following successful probation
Working Arrangement
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday working week
- Hybrid working, with 3–4 days per week in the Shrewsbury office and 1–2 days working from home
